(Since communism is an idealized extreme of socialism which has yet to be achieved, I'll just refer to socialism going forward.) I can say this with confidence that "The Communist Manifesto" written by Karl Marx (actually, Marx lied, it was really written by Friedrich Engels), even though I haven't read it, it must state somewhere that deflection, deception and boldface lying is fundamental to the system. Just like they are fundamental to Islamic fascism.

We now know Barack Obama knows of no other social system other than socialism (thanks to a little investigative reporting by Glenn Beck and his staff - you must see this), I now understand why and how our President can stare America in the face and deflect, deceive and utter boldface lies. He can do this because it's built into his character; fundamental to his being.

I recognized this early on - way back when he made the speech at the 2004 Democratic convention. But then again, I'm the kind of guy that can spot a greasy used car salesmen or a realtor from a hundred yards - because they're mostly liars. We can't all have this quality… But now there is no excuse, it's out, it's real, it's happening. This President is a boldface liar… and for that alone… he is evil. Who cares if he's a socialist at this point, which he is without doubt, - isn't deflection, deception and boldface lying enough?

Come on you blind sheep who voted for this psychologically wounded sociopath. You can't build a social system from a foundation of lies - its evil and that's not what we want in America. You know this. For those of you who respond to this with, "Well it was ok for George Bush to lie," you're pathetic and hopeless. Start helping to undo the damage Obama has already wreaked and stop the further damage.

Please Let the Gas Out of Obama

January 22, 2010:

"Let me tell you, so long as I have the privilege of serving as your president, I'll never stop fighting for you," Obama said at the beginning of a town hall meeting with voters Friday. He has his food prepared for him. He can eat whenever he wants, 24/7/365. His meals are provided at no cost to him. He visits the Dr. once a year for his checkup, and again during the year if any medical needs arise. For this He pays nothing, and nothing is required of him. He lives in a nice neighborhood in a house that is much larger than He needs, but He is not required to do any upkeep. If He makes a mess, someone else cleans it up. He has his choice of luxurious places to sleep. He receives these accommodations absolutely free. He is living like a king, and has absolutely no expenses whatsoever. All of his costs are picked up by others who go out and earn a living every day.

I was just thinking about all this, and suddenly it hit me like a brick in the head, Holy Crap my dog is a democrat!
I have some disagreements with this idea. First, the dog isn't necessarily a Democrat but a self declared entitled moocher with no real ambitions in life and an un-productive member of society. Those of this kind tend to call themselves Democrat but not out of principle but out what they can get for free. The real Democrat in the allegory is the pet owner. However, what isn't stated is that the pet owner is only willing to care for the dog if the cost of upkeep for the dog is paid for by someone else. The less astute of the pet owner class are under the impression that the government pays for the pets' upkeep. In fact, the richer the dog owner, the less the dog owner pays for his pet. Because it's of the upmost importance that the higher percentage of upkeep cost comes from somebody else in a lower socioeconomic class. In other words, from those who are stupid and sheepish enough to pay. This lower socioeconomic class of pet owner, the Democrat middle class, are the true principled Democrats - wrought with their flawed sense of altruism and entitlement. This is your true duped pet owner.

Conservatives are pet owners as well but with a distinction - they fully expect and do personally pay for their pets upkeep. And contribute care directly to the strays that come to their door; turning away the disingenuous moocher who will never curve their sense of entitlement for free stuff (better known as Obama bucks).

The conservative pet owners are free and gracious as much as they want to be which is usually much more than any governmental agency.

The Democrat pet owners are enslaved and ponder a lingering sense of injustice and disillusionment that just will not go away - all the while their pets take another crap under their owner's bed and everybody else's lawn.

When Heads Explode... or Get Chopped Off

If I hear another stupid, stupid, stupid, politician say that Islam is a religion of peace, I think my head will explode. What they all fail to face up to is that Islam is on it's third historic march to overtake the world. But don't take my word for it, see the film called "Islam: What the West Needs to Know." It's available from Netflix.com. See it, and stop being stupid sheep. Because, if nothing is done, when it comes to this terroristic scourge, you ain't seen nothing yet.

Excerpts from the film: "Islam: What the West Needs to Know."

Serge Trifkovic, Foreign Affairs Editor, Chronicles Magazine:
"In order to defend itself against the onslaught of global jihad which is coming in the century ahead, I have no doubt of that, the West would need to redefine itself and to say what exactly is the geographic and cultural space to be defended and in the name of what. Defending it in the name of a tepid, lukewarm, ideology of multiculturalism is impossible. Multiculturalism and post modern liberalism are not worthy dying for. They're not something that can inspire people to do what their ancestors had done at Poitiers (732 AD) and the walls of Vienna in 1683 (September 11th, incidentally). What global jihad has on its side is the simple minded commitment of millions of people to not only spread the faith but also better themselves at the expense of the infidel. In the first instance, through immigration, later on, if necessary, by other means."

Walid Shoebat, Author, "Why I Left Jihad," self-proclaimed ex-PLO terrorist and Christian convert, once imprisoned by Israel for incitement and violence against the state:
"What the West needs to understand about Islam, is that Islam has the potential of replacing the dangers we just did away with, Nazism and Communism . Like Nazism and like Communism, Islam-ism, the end justifies the means. There is no respect for national borders, and the whole ideology is to promote their way of thinking, promote their way of life, throughout the entire world. That's what being taught in the Middle East. That what's being coming out of all the Jurisprudence in Allah's heart in Saudia Arabia and throughout the Muslim world. Is that Islam will conquer and will continue to conquer until it triumphs. Until everybody in the world says that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his prophet."

In my opinion, the two persons above are authentic and genuine experts. Why, because they're indeed risking their very lives publishing this information and well researched commentary. I, like them, believe that actual peaceful Muslims are those who are ignoring or who are uneducated to the writings and edicts of the faith they proclaim. No doubt, some proclaim Islam exclusively to save their necks.

Islam-ism and modern day liberalism (which is disguised as progressivism) are dangerous extremes of the same side, the left. But then I see Ms. Brown gloating that CNN and no doubt insinuating she, herself, as the only objective, non-bias, cable news organization and journalist - being wedged between the extreme left biased MSNBC and the extreme right biased Foxnews. But I was wrong about Campbell Brown. The truth is that CNN is about as bias to the left in their news and commentary as MSNBC. If anything, Foxnews, news AND commentary, has a bias but a bias for the truth - whether the truth hurts or supports so called conservatives. The reason why Foxnews viewership beats the pants off of MSNBC and CNN, is because of what's missing at MSNBC and CNN - the news. Both Foxnews news and commentary shows, mostly the commentary shows, break news stories that people need and want to know about. Stories like the corruption of ACORN, Obama's many strange czars snuck in the backdoor of the White house, the czars many bizarre and destructive proclivities, the money trail of the world according to George Soros, the destructive ballooning of the national debt leading to the eventual, unavoidable, cataclysmic collapse of the US dollar and exposing news fakery like MSNBC using video editing to alter reality to their preferred, bias slant. Thank God for Foxnews shining the light on the absolutely Oval office buffoonery of the Obama administration. Thank God for Foxnews for allowing us see beyond what Obama and his staff wants the public to see.

Here's the thing. Unlike Rush Limbaugh, I don't want to see Obama fail, although I firmly believe he will fail. And when Obama does fail, he'll take us all down with him, into a heaping crash. He quite possibly will take the entire world down with us. And when it's all done, the egomaniac and chief (I spell this with a little 'c' on purpose) won't take responsibility for the grinding failure and will not take ownership of his mistakes and twisted world view. Instead, he, his administration and the deaf, dumb, blind and arrogant majority of congress, a very lethal combination by itself, will continue to do the very wrong thing.

So wake up Ms. Brown and pull your head out. Start becoming part of solution. Start doing some investigative journalism.

Same Old, Same Old, ObamaCare Crap

Proposed Health care reform legislation is just getting bigger, more invasive, more complicated, more expensive and more impotent. Liz Peek, a financial columnist and frequent Fox Forum contributor, sums it up nicely:

- First, there is nothing in these thousands of pages that pushes Americans to be more responsible about their own health. There are no rewards for quitting smoking, or getting on the treadmill, or getting a flu shot. That is a huge
miss.
- Second, there is no attempt to rein in malpractice costs. Putting a lid on awards is not hard. though it may well be impossible given the vast amount of money that flows through the malpractice shops into Democratic coffers. Estimates vary, but many reports say that fear of lawsuits prompt some 20% or so of medical expenses for unnecessary procedures and tests.
- Third, I am not aware of any effort to cut through the regulatory impasse and allow insurers to compete across state lines. The consequence of the status quo is near-monopolies enjoyed by insurers in most states; what is the point of that? There is some talk about removing the insurance industry’s exemption from anti-trust enforcement. Why not address the problem directly?
- Fourth, there is little change in the basic model of reimbursements. Doctors get paid by the government according to formulas that encourage waste. For instance, in some cases doctors will prescribe only one month of medication so that the patient must return frequently, ringing up unnecessary monthly office visits. Hey, if you got paid by the visit, you’d prescribe only a one month dose too.

Just because it has gone on too long doesn’t mean this bill is good for America. Just because we have been struck nearly unconscious by the endless haranguing from President Obama does not mean that we should give up. And, just because the Obama administration jumps on anyone who takes issue with this push, doesn’t mean we should roll over. This is too important.

Well put Liz. It's time to stop this train wreak with some serious lawful civil disobedience; you know, some community organizing.

Lesson for Democrats: Progressivism 101

Progressivism equals Socialism - wakeup and smell the coffee.

Your homework is to see and understand the truth and key concepts in these cartoons and relate them back to Progressivism:

You will be tested on this. It was the only job she ever was fired from. She was only 2 months into it. She got the job in the middle of the recession beating out dozens of applicants. Getting that job and beating out the competition was her finest hour. I was so proud of her. It was the only job she ever got that was related to her college degree and her passion for writing. This really, really is the pits. I deserve to be fired, not her. I deserve to suffer the humiliation, definitely not her. She works harder than anyone I know. It's a sick, stupid, world.

Her ex-boss claimed to have fired her because she wasn't enough of a "corporate bull" - whatever that means. All I know is that my wife doesn't have a rude bone in her body. This excuse for her release came clear out of left field, completely blindsiding her (and me). The problem was that the ex-boss didn't want to take the time to train her or, much less, give her any feedback at all about being more of a "bull." It's plain nuts!

On top of all of this, you have Obama getting all puffed up at the U.N. - "Make no mistake...," you, Obama, are a self righteous boob. It's easy to pick apart Obama's health care initiative. Mostly because it's an initiative built on a very left ideology rather than necessity. Obama care is an obvious front (yes, another word for "a lie") for something very different. But I found this video of Karl Rove and Bill O'Reilly going back and forth with a surgically precise analysis of what is wrong with Obama care and Obama's modus operandi. You have to see this video. Liberal readers out there, just for a few moments, pretend it's not Karl Rove or Bill O'Reilly talking. Pretend for a few moments, it's not something produced by Fox News. Just for a few moments, try to turn off your emotions and follow the logic of what Rove and O'Reilly are saying. If you do this, I promise you that you will understand why Rove, O'Reilly, who both are really quite moderate, and Fox News are so wildly popular - absent the overt promotion.

Sometimes when I watch Matt Lauer on NBC, I see that he, a man of great skill, is embarrassed by who he interviews and what he is asking. He seems so marginalized by his job. He has to be dissatisfied by what he's doing - it's written all over his face. I think at this point in his NBC career Meredith Vieira is his only saving grace. She doesn't take the TODAY show so seriously and, as a result, she really cracks him up. I think they sort of have become partners in crime.

I'm going to make and outlandish prediction. I predict that sometime very soon, Matt Lauer is going to make a break for it. I think he's going to quit the TODAY show and NBC for greener pastures. And I honestly think those greener pastures will be Fox News. You watch.

Andrea Tantaros: "Obama Just Doesn't Get It"

Take me there!

Posted using ShareThis

Hey Broadcast Television News Shows - You Really Suck!

I refuse to get on the cable or satellite TV IV. Mostly because the subscription price is too much for too much I don't want. The cable and satellite companies are too big to get it, or care. Since I don't have cable or satellite, I don't get cable News. I do have rabbit ears that gets me broadcast digital television. The problem is that good News shows have left broadcast television long ago; in their place are shows that do not report anything news worthy and have lost their journalistic integrity. I don't want to hear sweet and gooey stories about Obama and his family. I don't care for feel good stories about a puppy finding its way home. Or the endless loops about Christmas trees as fire hazards, diet and exercise, clothing and colors that hide your obesity. The morning News shows of all three major networks are about entertainment and sloppy, sappy, feel good, compassionate sob stories. It's has gotten to the point where I can't bare to see ABC Good Morning America's Robin Roberts' pretentious gushing smile anymore. I have to obscure her face with my hand while muting the sound and reading the scrolling News ticker. ABC GMA is the only morning News show with a scrolling News ticker, so it's pretty much the extent of my morning News source. Pretty pathetic, AH!!!

The local News shows of Boise, ID, are just the worst, especially when they pretend to know something about national or world news stories they chose to report on. Talk about phoning it in. The local News shows have no investigatory News staff anymore, nobody investigating local situations - just bland, feel good, shallow, milk toast stuff - you know, local teachers gone wild with their statutory rape adventures. Nobody likes to ask the tough questions and ruffle feathers anymore. There was one male journalist who went after a local politician with hard questions and next thing you know, he's gone. I hope he got a better job in a higher paying market for this type of reporting and not fired - either way, he's better off.

The major network evening News shows are just a joke. CBS has Katie Couric and ABC News has Charlie Gibson - both morning News show graduates. Need I say more? NBC news has it's allegiance to MSNBC - the most tainted News provider on the airwaves. For example, the only thing Brian Williams can come up with as far as the public's dissatisfaction with Obama care is the proliferation of misinformation like the so called "Death Boards." That's the best you have Williams, you hack! Why don't you tell us the real reason why you're light on Obama care? The real reason you have nothing real to say about Obama care is because nobody knows what Obama care is other than the liberal brain drains that are writing up the legislation.

CBS, NBC, PBS, and ABC, you've all become part of the problem. Here's what you should be investigating and reporting on: why is the public becoming increasingly wary of Obama and the people he surrounds himself with? Why do parents overwhelmingly feel compelled to first review Obama's speech directed towards their children? It's because time after time Obama has reinforced that he can't be trusted with his campaign promises, upholding his oath to the Office of the Presidency and protecting the Constitution. Obama is either a con man or stooge-and-chief; either way, he's a walking contradiction.

Please, I'm begging for some quality daily News. I want somebody to ask Obama, his staff and his czars the tough questions. I want journalists to be the check and balance that they're supposed to be. I want a reporter to cut through the chaff, spin, noise and expose Obama's real agenda or lack of an agenda (I can only wish). I want to see and hear the good and bad News about the wars this country is engaged in. I want politicians, all politicians, to be held accountable for what they say and do.

You so called investigative reporters can take a lesson from Catherine Bragg, a small business owner in California. Talk about getting a great message out in a great way.

Now that's News worth taking in… A human triumphant. I'm surprised that Joe Cool Camel hasn't played the race card as a reason for the opposition. The more distraction from the truth the better. The guy knows what he's doing. Pelosi, on other hand, is just playing by her unscrupulous playbook. She has no idea what's right or wrong, let alone what's good for the country. She's just phoning it in, wanting something to pass, anything. But Obama knows what he wants and it doesn't have to work. Whatever it is, it has to be a step towards socialism and a step away from the Constitution.

How do I know? At a town hall meeting of his own in New Hampshire, Joe wasn't so cool, or smart. He tried to quell concerns about a public health care plan wiping out private plans because of the seemingly infinite resources behind the public plan.

Side note: the notion of the US government having infinite resources is false. No, the US government is not too big to fail. Given the current trend, it will fail monetarily. We're all on the chopping block for that. What the US government has that can threaten the private sector is the power of tyranny - through laws and taxes.

To continue, Obama talked about how UPS and FedEx outperforms the US post office. Wait a minute. Isn't this an argument for not having more government involvement in health care? Well, yes, if you actually cared about the quality of health care. No, if you care more about the government taking over one of the largest business sectors.

Obama is on the march. And he going after your freedoms. If you don't see that, you choose not to. I do firmly believe in the quote "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." I sincerely think that Joe Cool Camel intentions are honorable, but his world view is flawed, his means and methods are unprincipled and downright evil. He's like a toddler playing with a loaded gun in a crowded room.

The truth is that government can't do anything well. The sociologists are wrong, and economists are right - there is no free lunch, just tyranny. It so happens we need the government to do a few things, mainly to protect and uphold the Constitution and protect and uphold the freedoms bestowed to us by the Constitution. As you can see, it isn't even doing that.

Please support a march towards smaller government - by any peaceful means.

Check out what Sonja Schmidt on PJTV.com has to say on the topic. Sonja is beautiful to the eyes, wonderful to the ears and a true stimulus to the intellect. Click here.

WE'RE BACK IN THE U.S.S.R.!

So apparently some old video(s) of Joe Cool Camel was posted on the Drudge Report web site. The video(s) is of Obama voicing his true agenda for health care reform. And what do you know, he espouses government sponsored, universal, single provider, health care. He doesn't mince words. My reaction was DAH!!!!! What has everybody been doing? I knew this guy was a dead bang socialist right out of the chute. There was a plethora of evidence, it practically reached out and slapped me on the back of the head.

First, though, let me say this about the Drudge Report. Dude, hire some website software engineers! Your website looks like it was created by a public grade school washout. (Drudge, call me, I know some great software engineers who would love to work for you)

The politics-as-usual, you know, the old and dumb school, John McCain helped dispel Joe Cool Camel's socialist tendencies at one of his own political rallies after an audience member expressed concern over Obama being a socialist. McCain, to my stupefied amazement, said that he wasn't a socialist and not to worry. What do you expect, McCain was the hardest working man in Obama's campaign.

Folks, Obama has, time after time, spoken of his socialist agenda; he has surrounded himself with socialists; he has spoken of his plans for the transformation to socialism; he has started to execute that plan and Obama care is step one of that plan. WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED. If it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, walks like a duck, ahh never mind - HE IS A CARD CARRYING COMMIE. WAKE UP!

Also exposed is who the architect of Obama care is - some sociology graduate and political science PhD named Jacob Hacker. The trouble with Jacob Hacker is he's young and naive - he doesn't hide his universal health care utopian ideals - a definite Obama administration lose end where the art of deception, disinformation and hidden agendas are everything.

This guy reminded me of a college entrance technique: if you're having trouble getting accepted into a college or university of your choice, do this. Apply to the Sociology department for the summer session. You'll be accepted, no problem. The Sociology department is always looking for warm bodies. Once accepted, just switch majors to something respectable. If this techniques doesn't work for you, then apply to the Anglo Saxon American Studies department. And, finally, if that doesn't work, on the application form pick a minority of your liking - you'll be flooded with acceptance letters and scholarships from schools you didn't even apply to. Really! I don't consider this as dishonest because there is no one in the world quite like you. Now that's a minority.

Back to Dr. Jacob. Dr. Jacob thinks that life is just too scary and uncertain these days and that the middle class needs a safety net. Spoken like a true sociology major. You know there is a reason why the study of Economics and Sociology are never combined in a single department even though both are considered as social sciences. One seeks for experimental outcomes to support utopian and humanistic ideals and the other attempts to model and describe boring old production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. Guess which is which? Here's a hint: Sociology is described by the definition that sounds like the recipe for a bad religion. Economics is described by the definition that actually sounds like it involves serious science and in depth, objective technical analysis.

Enter stage right, another Obama automaton. This one is an ex-reporter for ABC News' Washington, D.C., Bureau whose name is Linda Douglass. I have to believe this woman ended up working for Obama because she was fired by ABC because she couldn't touch NBC's great Tim "WMD" Russert. (Boy, he drove me crazy with his WMD questions.) This now Obama whitewasher actually has the male gonads to tell the public in her official capacity to not believe the actual unedited words coming out of Obama's mouth from unedited video clips of a clear as day speech. That is, she's telling the public to not believe their eyes and ears but to only believe Obama right now. Larry is Director of Joe Cool Camel's National Economic Council; probably hired by Boy Wonder-Why-I-Have-To-Pay-Taxes, Geithner.

Larry is no dumb guy, he has an impeccable education and career history. He is, or was, I should say, at the top of the heap. Larry was dispatched to spin, and I mean spin, Obama-Care, the losing proposition, for the wrong time, and for all the wrong reasons (one of which is a big, fat, hidden agenda that Drudge recently dredged up). Poor Larry shoveled Joe Cool Camel's trash down our throat at the same time wrecking his own respectability. What some people do for a cabinet post.

The biggest lie poor Larry perpetuated was of course ye old "if it wasn't for the stimulus, things would have been a lot worst." All the Sunday News shows hosts, at hearing this load of crap, rolled their eyes (all except for Chris Matthews who I think was distracted by something running up and down his leg). They promptly moved on to the next mundane question. I'm floored by how nearly any and all in the media let this response get by without a fight. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that such a statement can't hold water. You can't prove a negative. For example, I can't prove that I have never been in your house. They can't possibly prove that something, a something that isn't even defined, didn't happen because of the stimulus. It can't even be considered as a stretch. It like claiming that 1+1=3 in some alternative universe.

You reckless, desperate, politicians, please spare us! Larry, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Folks, these politicians really do think that we are too stupid too live if they expect us to buy this whitewash.

WAKE-UP, WAKE-UP, WAKE-UP!

Bob has something similar to share:

Professor Gates and the Nyquist-Shannon Sampling Theorem

There is a theorem called the Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem that describes how to convert continuous or analog information into an equally representative discrete or digital information. The theorem basically says that if you sample the information for the conversion process too infrequently, the resulting information is gibberish. If the information is overly sampled, the resulting information becomes too voluminous and wasteful.

Let's apply Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem to the way the press has been reporting about the incident where a supposed prominent Harvard Professor, Henry Louis Gates Jr., was arrested for breaking into his own Cambridge, Massachusetts, home. When the incident is reported applying an infrequent sample rate of the facts, especially if the facts are sampled in a selective manner, the outcome is a report that is more than just gibberish, but instead is an outright sensationalistic and deliberate distortion. The resulting story would likely indicate a despicable racial incident, against a victim, who happens to be black, perpetuated by a campus policeman, who happens to be white. Wow, this concocted report would sell!

On the other hand, if one sampled and reported as much of the facts as possible, the result would have been a voluminous report that today's sound bite society would not take the time to read. And, the resulting report becomes typical, uninteresting and not useful to especially those who have a bias and an agenda, like profit with little regard to integrity. The resulting story derived from the overly sampled and greater conveyance of the facts would instead reveal that the campus police, regardless of the ethnicity of a man pounding on a door of an unoccupied house, were simply doing their jobs. It would also reveal that the supposed victim, the Professor, who no doubt was having a bad day, was not a victim but a perpetrator of unreasonableness, hostility, lack of self control and profanities. Furthermore, the reader would be informed that the Professor was arrested not for attempted breaking and entering but for abusive and disorderly conduct.

SEE HOW THAT WORKS!

I think you can come to your own conclusion about which sampling method is favored amongst the mainstream media outlets.

The truth is never wasteful but instead is valuable and should be cherished. These days, one gets more of the semblance of the truth assuming the opposite of what is reported. Sickening.

The Mob Against Omnipure Filter Co. - A Boise Tragedy or Travesty?

Finally a local story that just makes me scream in so many ways. Apparently a recipient of a house from ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition (I don't think the television show needs to keep the "Home Edition" part since the Extreme Makeover, the Plastic Surgery Edition, was cancelled long ago). The Idaho recipient is a guy named Ryan Stockdale.

There is a second Idaho recipient of a house who mortgaged the house for capital, lost the bet and the house had to go on the market. Personally, I think the show does more harm than good, mostly because the way it's exploited into a entertainment television show. The houses are too complex, too expensive, too big to maintain and taxes end up being too expensive. By the way, the lack of affordability to pay the taxes on a free house exposes the injustice and inequity of a never ending property tax. Property tax is truly an evil concoction that needs to be repealed. But that's another blog rant entirely.

Back to the Ryan Stockdale story. Apparently Ryan used to work at a small company called Omnipure Filter. Ryan suffers from an illness which as a result causes cluster headaches that are extremely debilitating and painful. I don't know how long Ryan worked for the company but considering his current state, it can't have been too long. The medical plan sponsored by the company must of refused to cover the procedure which some say is Ryan's last hope to minimize the very painful episodes.

Now the family, the local media and the local heart-on-sleeve-mob are going after the company, specifically the company's President, to pick up the six figure short fall for the surgery.

The president of Omnipure especially got a stern look and threat of a follow-up interview with Michelle Edmonds, a newscaster for KIVI-TV - a local Boise, Idaho, news show. I'm sure the Omnipure president had to temporarily move his family out-of-town for their safety.

I think the behavior exhibited by the family and the local news lackeys is pathetic. First, why should Omnipure foot the bill? Because you think they can afford it? And, even if they could afford it, why should they? They didn't make Ryan sick. Omnipure's only crime was probably giving Ryan a job that included a lot of paid sick leave. Hey, Michelle and Stockdales, why don't you go after the insurance company? After all, the health insurance industry is the only industry that's doing well in the midst of this recession. Insurance companies cut their losses by arbitrarily calling a procedure experimental - by their own scummy standards.

I think it would be easy if you, Michelle, and the family would instead organized a collection. Raising little bit from a lot of people is far easier than raising a lot from a few people. Also, hey Stockdale wife, what the heck is wrong with mortgaging that free house of yours - at least for the shortterm? If it were my wife suffering like Ryan, I would have been at the bank the very next day after I got the keys; mortgaging the place to the hilt, and then some. All so I could minimize her suffering as fast as possible.

Michelle, there is something that is not right with this story and its up to you to stop being controlled by your emotions, dig into it and report the truth - objectively. Now go do the right thing.

Nobama Health Care Reform - Because that Ain't the Way To Have Reform!

Yes, Mr. Obama, we need health care reform but the reform has to be in the form of little to no Federal government, more competition in the private sector, less taxes leaving more money in our pockets and civil litigation reform. As usual , I, a dumb guy, will tell you what has to happen:

1) Make it easier for folks to buy coverage that is not sponsored by their workplace. The problem with requiring employer sponsored coverage is that the Insurance provider's direct customer or accountability is diverted away from the covered to the sponsoring employer. So the goal of the medical coverage provider becomes how to lower cost to the employer and covertly and surreptitiously reduce services to the insured. It leads to medical coverage providers to behaving badly.
2) Some precondition exclusions and lifetime coverage cost caps must end. Yes, there must be consideration for preconditions that are the result of perfectly preventable illness or injury - for example smoking, obesity, motorcycle rider. That is, illness or injury due to exceptionally risky behavior - this includes unprotected sex! But the penalty for risky behavior can't be in the form of a precondition exclusion but a higher cost to those taking on exceptional risk to life and limb - according to independent actuarial data. This is easy to enforce - the only information required on an application form is name, address and whether or not you smoke, are obese or have or had any STDs. Treatment of health conditions that resulted from risky behavior are not covered by baseline plans. Also not covered by baseline plans is the treatment of a condition that was diagnosed, discovered or began while the patient actively opted out of an insurance plan. That is, nobody should be rewarded with coverage when he/she waited until they got sick! That coverage for that precondition needs to cost more for the patient. Anything less, would not be "Insurance" but "Welfare."
3) Put those who lose a lawsuit on the hook for all court cost including the lawyer fees of the defendant. However, limit the fees to the defendant's lawyer to match the fees going to the plaintiff's lawyers. That is, loser pays all.
4) Turn the keys over to State government, or better yet, the county, to cover the uncovered chronically ill (remember most preconditions exclusions are not allowed), go after deadbeat insurance companies who don't operate according to contract and disclosure. Go after those who refuse to make it a priority to get a plan - any plan.
5) Wind down Medicare once and for all. With the taxes saved, increase Social Security payments to those who are unable to work so they can pay premiums towards a plan. Phase out Social Security after these recipients pass-on.
6) Tax only those medical expenses having to do with the purchase of consumables. Do not tax the provision of a medical service itself. Do not tax those who are providing a medical service except for those items that are purchased and consumed directly by the service provider that enables the provision of the service. Tax only goods purchased and consumed - and yes, this includes drugs!!!!
7) Educate all that nobody lives forever and it's really not to anybody's advantage to spend the last the months of their lives unconscious in intensive care. I'm sorry grandma, but that ain't the way to have fun. We all need to count ourselves lucky to make it to old age; so many die young. If you made it to a point where your dying of old age... you beat the odds - be satisfied with that. Always opt to die at home, saying goodbye to and holding the hands of your love ones and praying to your God. Now that's the way to sign off.

It's that simple!!!

Are We All Too Stupid to Live?

This is a direct quote of the Vice President of the United States of America:

"We're going to go bankrupt as a nation. Recognize the date? The soldier is First Lt. Brian Bradshaw. The commentary shamelessly exposed the priorities of American's and America's media. It was a powerful commentary well presented by the mother's sister and soldier's aunt. It is a good piece. Funny thing is that immediately after viewing the heart wrenching commentary, I went to the CBS News Sunday Morning web site to review it further. I couldn't find it. It's probably the only thing the CBS News department has done right in about twenty years and they don't prominently present it.

Nevertheless, the commentary did eventually show up and here it is:

In the meantime, will some major News agency please do objective, daily, in-depth reporting of the war fronts? Good or bad, the war has to be the forefront of America's daily consciousness while it is fought. It's a moral imperative.

Hey 'Joe Camel Cool' Obama you could help to. Knox. It's a beautiful instrument of truth and dose of reality. Enjoy.

---

This is a letter from GM to their suppliers:

Gentlemen, Congress and the current Administration will soon determine whether to provide immediate support to the domestic auto industry to help it through one of the most difficult economic times in our nation's history. Your elected officials must hear from all of us now on why this support is critical to our continuing the progress we began prior to the global financial crisis. As an employee or supplier, you have a lot at stake and continue to be one of our most effective and passionate voices. I know GM can count on you to have your voice heard.

Thank you for your urgent action and ongoing support.

Troy Clarke, President,
General Motors North America

---

Response from:
Gregory Knox, President,
Knox Machinery Company
Franklin, Ohio

Gentlemen:

In response to your request to contact legislators and ask for a bailout for the Big Three automakers, please consider the following, and please pass my thoughts on to Troy Clarke, President of General Motors North America. Politicians and Management of the Big Three are both infected with the same entitlement mentality that has spread like cancerous germs in UAW halls for the last countless decades, and whose plague is now sweeping this nation, awaiting our new "messiah," Pres. Obama, to wave his magic wand and make all our problems go away, while at the same time allowing our once great nation to keep "living the dream." Believe me folks, the dream is over!

This dream where we can ignore the consumer for years while management myopically focuses on its personal rewards packages, at the same time that our factories have been filled with the worlds most overpaid, arrogant, ignorant and laziest entitlement minded "laborers." Without paying the price for these, this dream where you still think the masses will line up to buy our products forever and ever.

Don't even think about telling me I'm wrong. Don't accuse me of not knowing of what I speak. I have called on Ford, GM, Chrysler, TRW, Delphi, Kelsey Hayes, American Axle, and countless other automotive OEM's throughout the Midwest during the past 30 years and what I've seen over those years in these union shops can only be described as disgusting.

Troy Clarke, President of General Motors North America, states: "There is widespread sentiment throughout this country, and our government, and especially via the news media, that the current crisis is completely the result of bad management which it certainly is not." You're right Mr. Clarke, it's not JUST management. How about the electricians who walk around the plants like lords in feudal times, making people wait on them for countless hours while they drag ass so they can come in on the weekend and make double and triple time for a job they easily could have done within their normal 40 hour work week. How about the line workers who threaten newbies with all kinds of scare tactics for putting out too many parts on a shift and for being too productive. (We certainly must not expose those lazy bums who have been getting overpaid for decades for their horrific underproduction, must we?!?) Do you folks really not know about this stuff? How about this great sentiment abridged from Mr. Clarke's sad plea: "over the last few years we have closed the quality and efficiency gaps with our competitors."

What the hell has Detroit been doing for the last 40 years?!? Did we really JUST wake up to the gaps in quality and efficiency between us and them? The K car vs. the Accord? The Pinto vs. the Civic?! Do I need to go on? What a joke!

We are living through the inevitable outcome of the actions of the United States auto industry for decades. It's time to pay for your sins, I attended an economic summit last week where brilliant economist, Alan Beaulieu, from the Institute of Trend Research, surprised the crowd when he said he would not have given the banks a penny of "bailout money." "Yes, he said, this would cause short term problems," but despite what people like politicians and corporate magnates would have us believe, the sun would in fact rise the next day and the following very important thing would happen. Where there had been greedy and sloppy banks, new efficient ones would pop up. That is how a free market system works. It does work if we would only let it work."

But for some nondescript reason we are now deciding that the rest of the world is right and that capitalism doesn't work - that we need the government to step in and "save us." Save us my ass, Hell - we're nationalizing and unfortunately too many of our once fine nation's citizens don't even have a clue that this is what is really happening. But, they sure can tell you the stats on their favorite sports teams. Yeah - THAT'S really important, isn't it?

Does it ever occur to ANYONE that the "competition" has been producing vehicles, EXTREMELY PROFITABLY, for decades in this country? How can that be??? Let's see. Fuel efficient. Listening to customers. Investing in the proper tooling and automation for the long haul. Not being too complacent or arrogant to listen to Dr. W Edwards Deming four decades ago when he taught that by adopting appropriate principles of management, organizations could increase quality and simultaneously reduce costs. Ever increased productivity through quality and intelligent planning. Treating vendors like strategic partners, rather than like "the enemy." Efficient front and back offices. Non union environment. Again, I could go on and on, but I really wouldn't be telling anyone anything they really don't already know down deep in their hearts.

I have six children, so I am not unfamiliar with the concept of wanting someone to bail you out of a mess that you have gotten yourself into - my children do this on a weekly, if not daily basis, as I did when I was their age. I do for them what my parents did for me (one of their greatest gifts, by the way) - I make them stand on their own two feet and accept the consequences of their actions and work through it. Radical concept, huh. Am I there for them in the wings? Of course - but only until such time as they need to be fully on their own as adults.

I don't want to oversimplify a complex situation, but there certainly are unmistakable parallels here between the proper role of parenting and government. Detroit and the United States need to pay for their sins. Bad news people - it's coming whether we like it or not the newly elected Messiah really doesn't have a magic wand big enough to "make it all go away." I laughed as I heard Obama "reeling it back in" almost immediately after the final vote count was tallied. "We really might not do it in a year or in four." Where the Hell was that kind of talk when he was RUNNING for office?

Stop trying to put off the inevitable. That house in Florida really isn't worth $750,000. People who jump across a border really don't deserve free health care benefits. That job driving that forklift for the Big Three really isn't worth $85,000 a year. We really shouldn't allow Wal-Mart to stock their shelves with products acquired from a country that unfairly manipulates their currency and has the most atrocious human rights infractions on the face of the globe. That couple whose combined income is less than $50,000 really shouldn't be living in that $485,000 home.

Let the market correct itself folks - it will. Yes it will be painful, but it's gonna' be painful either way, and the bright side of my proposal is that on the other side of it all, is a nation that appreciates what it has and doesn't live beyond its means and gets back to basics and redevelops the patriotic work ethic that made it the greatest nation in the history of the world and probably turns back to God... Sorry - don't cut my head off, I'm just the messenger sharing with you the "bad news." I hope you take it to heart.

Gregory J. I was taught by my mother to not say anything if I had nothing good to say. And also, to respect authority, even if you don't agree with the authority. Well, forgive me mother, but I'm compelled to say this. Obama, you are one classic boob. You are out of control with your stumbles. Yes, you look good in front of a teleprompter; yeah we know that that's what you think you do best… but your one-and-only self-proclaimed gift is wearing thin. Your "Joe Cool on campus" air is getting pathetic. Let me enumerate your latest screw-ups:

You backed the wrong side of the ouster of a Chavez want-a-be dictator. It looks as if the Hondurans, through a constitutionally prescribed process, removed a executive branch that wanted to rewrite the country's Constitution. I can only hope we in the U.S. are up to the same task.

You're cramming more government down our throats with your version of universal health care.

You're proposing to raise the cost of living and increase unemployment on all of us with Cap (crap) and Trade (tax).

What kills me is how you are so eager bury the ailing US economy, further and further globally disadvantaging US corporations and businesses, small and large (except for a very few who have your ear), with raising expenses, escalating uncertainty and diminishing the ability to compete on a global scale with your insane controls and small minded vision. It's hard to believe you're good intentioned. I mean, who could be that stupid about the workings of simple economics, history and common sense?
But remember Obama, never waste a crisis. You'll never run out of those at this rate. I'm getting ready for hyperinflation - it's inevitable and unavoidable at this point. Janet, we're all with you. Obama, wipe the stupid smirk off your face and read, listen and learn for once.

An Open Letter to Our Nation’s Leadership

I am Janet Contreras, a concerned, home-grown American citizen. I am 53, and I have been a registered Democrat all of my adult life. Before the last Presidential election, I registered Republican because I no longer feel the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. I now no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me.

There must be someone, please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me you are there and are willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please do it now.

You might ask yourselves what my views and issues are that I would feel so horribly disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me? These are briefly my views and issues for which I seek representation:

* Illegal Immigration—I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S. I am not a racist. This not to be confused with legal immigration.

* TARP Bill—I want it repealed and no further funding supplied to it. We told you “NO!” but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze! Repeal!

* Czars—I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the Czars. No more Czars. Government officials answer to the process not the President. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.

* Cap & Trade—the debate on global warming is NOT over, there IS more to say.

* Universal Health Care—I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don’t you dare pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Slow down!

* Growing Government Control—I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Please mind your own business; you have enough to do with your REAL obligations. Let’s start there.

* ACORN—I do not want ACORN or its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them on every real estate deal that closes. Stop all funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audit and investigation. I do not trust them with the taking of the census or with taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before the taxpayers get any further involved with them. It walks like a duck and talks like a duck—hello… stop protecting political buddies. You work for the people. Investigate.

* Redistribution of Wealth—No. If I work for it, it is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth I support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do want me to hate my employers? What do your have against shareholders making a profit?

* Charitable Contributions—although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities where we know our needs best and can use local talent and resources. Butt out, please. We want to do this ourselves.

* Corporate Bail Outs—knock it off! Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we will be better off just getting to it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful, like ripping off a band aid. We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us a chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.

* Transparency and Accountability—how about it? No really, let’s have it. Let’s say we give the “buzz” words a rest and have some straight, honest talk. Please stop trying to manipulate and appease me with cleaver wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.

* Unprecedented Quick Spending—stop it, now. Take a breath. Listen to “The People.”

Let’s just slow down and get some more input from some “non-politicians” on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed reading our bills into law.

I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant nor a violent person. I am a mother and grandmother. I am a working woman. I am busy, busy, busy and tired, tired, tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawns and wash our cars on weekends, and be responsible, contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same, all the while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.

I entrusted you with upholding our Constitution and believed in the checks and balances to keep you from getting too far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think that I find humor in hiring a speed reader to unintelligibly ramble through a bill you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not! It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face! I am not laughing—the arrogance!

Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it, but you expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children? We did not want that TARP bill. We said “NO!” We would repeal it if we could. I am not sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all the recent spending. From my perspective, it seems that you have all gone insane.

I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back!

You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington.

Hey CBS - Letterman and Couric are done. Can you tell? But I don't have cable or dish (and I will never have cable or dish until one of the cable/dish service providers pull its head out and becomes customer oriented). So I'm relegated to accessing FOX News through the Internet. But the website implementation of www.foxnews.com has some major problems that are not being addressed. Here are the persistent problems:

1) The photo image kiosk web control (a control is a self-contained software component or mini application that runs in the context of the browser) is painful to use. As you try to scroll through the control's images, every so often the control hiccups and a time costly web page wide refresh takes place. After which, you may get doubly penalized by getting set back to the first image. So you are forced to race through the images before a page refresh takes place lest you'll never get through the images.

2) The on website archive search engines when directed to search for FOX News articles and videos don't find a darn thing. Searching from outside of the website using Google with a search string of "foxnews.com" and the topic of interest does far better at finding archived artifacts. Incidentally, the same goes for Microsoft website's search engines - which boggles the mind. You'd think that of all companies that would get their search engines right it would be Microsoft. But that is just not the case.

3) I have yet to get the comment controls to work. That is, I have yet to successfully upload and then see a comment that I submitted against website article or video. The "Politics" tab requires one to register an account before he or she is able to upload comments on the tab's articles. But the link that facilitates the registration process is defective, returning a nonsense URL, not allowing me to complete the process.

4) I often encounter links on the sites' "Video" page that resolve to the wrong video, never download and play (that is, hang) or that don't play the entire video clip (the video clip ends early and the player control loads up and plays the next video in the queue).

So my vote for crap of month is not the content of www.foxnews.com but the implementation and management of the website. FOX News, fire your web master and/or get a company to better facilitate your precious commodity, your online content.

BTW, I know how to fix all of the above. So feel free to contact me.

The Answer to the Economy - and I ain't just blowing in the wind

I don't know why I bother writing this blog. I have no readers. It's just a wing and a prayer, a hope, that the lights will someday turn on in this once great nation.

Hey, Obama, do you want to put the US economy back on the rails? It so simple that a 10 year old would understand it.

Are you ready, hang onto your pants, here it goes:
Tax consumption, not income. For example:
-Do away with the home equity interest tax break. Do away with interest income tax. Do away with capital gains tax (and capital loss tax deductions). Do away with corporate income tax (because corporate income tax is just another tax on everybody else [i.e. its blatant double taxation] - a corporation isn't a something or somebody, its just another "us"). Do away with personal income tax.
-Tax a fix percentage on what we purchase for our own use (personal consumption) that's new, on anything we purchase for are own consumption. Whether the purchased item is a perceived essential good, like milk, or a luxury item, like a forty foot yacht. Exported goods, purchase and trade of used items (including housing), and services are exempt from this tax.
-Get rid of any governmental disincentives for Americans being responsible for saving on their own. Let and encourage the public to opt out of Social Security (one of the few things Bush had right).
-The Federal Government must shed (fire, layoff, downsize, get off the payroll, etc…) all of the bureaucrats and employees who were there to support the collection of income tax and that facilitated the world's largest ponzi scheme, Social Security.

It's so simple, it hurts.

Oh, and arrest Pelosi and Reid for the crime of being too stupid to live. Send them to a Chinese labor camp (that would be in China).

Another Rainbow Tour

Jump'in Jack Flash Obama went on another rainbow tour. And his freak crowd is gushing. Wow, is this guy a walking contradiction. His gushing followers are still screaming, "Bush lied." When you press these people about exactly when and what Bush lied about, the noise fades to nondescript mutter. What's crazy about the gushers and Jump'in Jack Flash is that Flash has lied looking straight into the cameras, through his teleprompter, without so much as a blink. "No pork in this bill,… No lobbyist in this administration,… Tax cut to the middle class,… No frivolous spending,… Cutting the budget deficit by half (easy to predict that no way this will happen in the next four years), No signing bills into law that are not publicly disclosed and debated." All the while his gushers keep gushing. It's an amazing phenomenon.

But the rainbow tour and the facade is not sustainable. This is evident from the direr statistics, the ones not heard on the evening news, that keep pouring in week after week. And by the Flash's daily job approval ratings. Everyday the Flash is losing a couple of tenths of a percentage and his disapproval rating is climbing even faster. And, I'm tracking conservative polling data (as in the polls bias towards Flash, not the vast white, right-wing conspiracy variety). It's Eva Peron and Argentina all over again, in more ways than one.

Don't cry for me you gushing idiots,
you know I'll never leave you,
I'll take care of you always,
from cradle to grave, you never have to leave your
couches, we'll attach your wages, and make sure we fund your empty libraries and museums,
and raise your kids,
We're printing money, as fast as we can.
But trillions is a lot currency to print,
and there is not enough trees.
So we're adding three zeros to one dollar bills.

Jump'in Jack Flash will preside over the total collapse of the global economy. The Chinese aren't happy about it. Only those countries that are not beholden to US treasury notes have the only hope to prosper. Meanwhile, Jump'in Jack will enjoy his cocktail parties, his rainbow tours and lavish "paid by tax payers" lifestyle.

Look out Flash, gushing followers have a way of turning into angry mobs - acting as just as irrational as when they were gushing over nothing. Just like Argentina's Eva.

Hey Paul Krugman, what do you think of your guy now? If you had any sense, you'd be afraid, very afraid.

Finally, Maybe this Giant Can Rest In Peace

I want the bonuses withdrawn but not out of spite like the rest of idiotic world but because these bonuses where "retention" bonuses. They were for the purpose persuading those employees who have a half a brain to stick around and continue working for AIG. To work there despite that AIG is already dead. These executives know there is no way for the company to ever, ever, recover. It was good o'd boy Chris Dodd who put the bonuses in place for this very reason - to keep up appearances. I can only seriously hope (and pray most earnestly) that Dodd's political career is as dead as AIG. And, that Dud Dodd takes down some of the Mongrel horde with him. And, I sincerely hope that none of it is pretty.

I want the bonuses withdrawn so AIG, the huge house of cards, can come crashing down. It's time to liquidate that mother down. Does it really have to get spelled out to you! The AIG execs are just doing the naturally rodent thing and getting all rat'ted up to jump ship. The AIG ship is going to sink; it is going away. It's like the once giant but now extinct accounting firm Arthur Anderson. AIG has lost it credibility. Who in there right mind would buy a policy from these guys? Who in there right mind would keep paying premiums on existing policies? Nobody! Instead, customer are shopping around for policies from new providers. Why? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to predict that AIG will not be around in the future to pay claims. At this point, the only business that AIG is doing is paying claims - the wrong side of a cash flow scenario - as the wonder boy would ponder it.

Wikipedia stinks of hypocrisy

See "Wikipedia scrubs Obama eligibility." Well yeah. What are you going to do Barack, make a law that forces all to keep spending beyond their means - just like the government. I can see it now, those condoms will cost wheelbarrows of cash but you will buy them and you will use them and like it.

Barack, let me, a dumb average Joe, clue you in. America is done living beyond its means because it tapped out! There is no more credit to be had. No more equity in our houses to borrow against. No more credit cards with introductory low interest offers. The well is finally dry after decades of over consumption.

Supposedly, in a contracting economy, the price of gold goes down because prices normally fall. Yet what we are witnessing now in this world's economic contraction is that price of gold is increasing! Why? Because the government is continuing to spend money it doesn't have, and spending it in a huge way! This is worse than stag-inflation. It's absolute collapse - propagated by our "all things to all people" government.

Folks, you need to quit asking what Barack is going to do for you! You are not entitled - face it! Instead, get out there and do it for yourselves, family and friends. Time to work under the radar like the so many illegal immigrants. They are the only ones who stand to succeed in these times. So you need to live as they live. And as far as paying taxes. You have to find ways to pay as little in taxes as possible - it's your duty as citizens. Why? Because paying taxes is throwing good after bad and can only hasten the death spiral.

Obama: "Dah! This is a web site provided for and software sold to owners of Windows operating system like for Windows XP or Vista. The website provides free security scanning and computer maintenance features. The subscription service offers active firewall and virus download protection, cloud storage, etc.

I never paid for the subscription service but have considered it many times. I did use the free Safety Cleanup scanner mostly to rid my registry of corruption. My thinking was: who should know better then Microsoft as to what belongs in a the Windows registry and what doesn't?

Then recently I tried to do a Cleanup scan and was shocked to find out that the website claimed my operating system, Windows XP SP3, or browser version, IE7, were incompatible and not supported. This is an obvious Microsoft screw-up since Vista support by OneCare is still in beta - there isn't a more compatible Windows OS and browser available (IE8 is also still in beta) then what I have. What the heck is going on?

And here's the real punch line, Microsoft doesn't provide support for its OneCare products - it just supplies a user community group that has no access to or knowledge of the inner workings of the Window products that OneCare supplies security and maintenance features for. You'd think that OneCare is the one product that Microsoft should care about and get right . Right? Unbelievable.

Chalk it up to a dying corporation as a result of getting too big - kind of like the Federal Government.

Anyways, I'm moving over to Apple.

Barack, About the Economy, It's Really Quite Simple...

Barack, I'm going to keep it short and sweet. And, I'm not talking about Glenn Beck who recently moved to FOX News. I'm talking about Campbell Brown and her commentary called "Commentary: Obama breaks his own rule." What's this? A CNN source that can see and then cut through the Obama double talk?

Maybe the fix isn't in. Maybe Obama doesn't walk on water. Good! Then maybe he'll shut up, stop talking about what he's not going to be able to do and quit taking credit for whatever was already in the works. Maybe, he'll smoke a few and get to work. The true test to see if a President is taking his job seriously is by observing how rapidly he ages. So Obama, shut up, get real, get to work, produce something and start getting old before your time.

Anyways, I digress. Thanks, Campbell for being you on CNN. Housing prices can sure the heck shoot up, but selling home owners, “nobody's dumber than a banker ” bankers, and “couldn’t get a real day job” realtors will not let the price fall and, therefore, correct. That is, fall and correct as fast it as the prices shot up. I’ve seen this in the offers I made to buy up derelict houses. Rather than the house going to the highest bidder, ready with cash in hand, the seller refuses the sale saying the bid didn’t meet the reserve… causing me to ask myself, “WHAT RESERVE, YOU IDIOT?!” There is no such thing in this world! Oh, you can over pay for a house but you can’t under pay? The supply and demand chart has no Reserve curve. So what if the house you’re living in drops in value… if you have an equitable loan, your payment doesn’t change and the house is just as livable. Your property taxes need to come down… but they never do because the local government believes in the same mysterious reserve price as well. There is an economic term for the resistance of price movement – it’s called price in-elasticity. But in-elasticity has turned into a brick wall by those who think it’s just not fair that for what rockets up could, and usually does, rockets down. Boohoo... Don’t get me going on this…

BlueOyster

--------------------------------------------

Todd,

Everyone over-reacts and exaggerates, from Hurricane reports to wall street reports.

So what if the feds buy $700B of 'bad' loans? The loans are on houses and real estate that are really sitting there and worth lots of money. The note holders imagined the property to be worth 50% more than it is (it's called hysteria); just like the weather man said Ike had 120mph winds when it was really 71 mph peak at the automated Freeport TX weather station.

It will all blow away if you just ignore it... just like Ike blew itself out.

-=Bruce

No on the Bailout and the Push Towards a Planned Economy

Enough is enough! If this message is inaccurate, let me know and I'll pull it. Otherwise, get the word out.

---------------------------------------

She really was a traitor. A TRAITOR IS ABOUT TO BE HONORED KEEP THIS MOVING ACROSS AMERICA

This is for all the kids born in the 70's who do not remember, and didn't have to bear the burden that our fathers, mothers and older brothers and sisters had to bear.

Jane Fonda is being honored as one of the "100 Women of the Century."

BY BARBARA WALTERS

Unfortunately, many have forgotten and still countless others have never known how Ms. Fonda betrayed not only the idea of our country, but specific men who served and sacrificed during Vietnam.

The first part of this is from an F-4E pilot. The pilot's name is Jerry Driscoll, a River Rat.

In 1968, the former Commandant of the USAF Survival School was a POW in Ho Lo prison, the "Hanoi Hilton."

Dragged from a stinking cesspit of a cell, cleaned, fed, and dressed in clean PJ's, he was ordered to describe for a visiting American "Peace Activist" the "lenient and humane teatment" he'd received.

He spat at Ms. Fonda, was clubbed, and was dragged away. During the subsequent beating, he fell forward on to the camp Commandant's feet, which sent that officer berserk.

In 1978, the Air Force Colonel still suffered from double vision (which permanently ended his Flying career) from the Commandant's frenzied application of a wooden baton.

From 1963-65, Col. Larry Carrigan was in the 47FW/DO (F-4E's). He spent 6 years in the"Hanoi Hilton",,, the first three of which his family only knew he was "missing in action". His wife lived on faith that he was still alive. His group, too, got the cleaned-up, fed and clothed routine in preparation for a "peace delegation" visit. They, however, had time and devised a plan to get word to the world that they were alive and still survived. Each man secreted a tiny piece of paper, with his Social Security number on it, in the palm of his hand.

When paraded before Ms. Fonda and a cameraman, she walked the line, shaking eachman's hand and asking little encouraging Snippets like: "Aren't you sorry you bombed Babies?" and "Are you grateful for the humane treatment from your benevolent captors?" Believing this HAD to be an act, they each palmed her their sliver of paper. She took them all without missing a beat. At the end of the line and once the camera stopped Rolling, to the shocked disbelief of the POWs, She turned to the officer in charge and handed Him all the little pieces of paper.

Three men died from the subsequent beatings. Colonel Carrigan was almost number four But he survived, which is the only reason we know of her actions that day.

I was a civilian economic development advisor In Vietnam, and was captured by the North Vietnamese communists in South Vietnam in 1968, and held prisoner for over 5 years.

I spent 27 months in solitary confinement; one year in a cage in Cambodia; and one year In a "black box" in Hanoi my North Vietnamese captors deliberately poisoned and murdered a female missionary, a Nurse in a leprosarium in Ban me Thuot, South Vietnam, whom I buried in the jungle near the Cambodian border. At one time, I weighed only about 90 lbs.

We were Jane Fonda's "war criminals."

When Jane Fonda was in Hanoi, I was asked by the camp communist political officer if I would Be willing to meet with her.

I said yes, for I wanted to tell her about the real treatment we POWs received... And how different it was from the treatment purported by The North Vietnamese, and parroted by her as "humane and lenient."

Because of this, I spent three days on a rocky floor on my knees, with my arms outstretched with a large steel weights placed on my hands, and beaten with a bamboo cane.

I had the opportunity to meet with Jane Fonda soon after I was released. I asked her If she would be willing to debate me on TV. She never did answer me.

These first-hand experiences do not exemplify someone who should be honored as part of "100 Years of Great Women. "Lest we forget..." 100 Years of Great Women" should never include a traitor whose hands are covered with the blood of so many patriots.

There are few things I have strong visceral reactions to, but Hanoi Jane's participation inblatant treason, is one of them. Please take the time to forward to as many people as you possibly can. It will eventually end up on her computer and she needs to know that we will never forget. RONALD D. I have made the pledge that no matter the claimed savings, no matter the on-time promises, and no matter the perceived convenience, I will *never* fly with United Airlines again. Not that I need to explain myself, here are some of my reasons:
A) They still require their jaded employees to push beverage carts up and down the aisle. And the stupid beverage cart always comes first - no matter the urgency of the bathroom emergency. Everybody has to get their $10 can of pop and miniscule bag of pretzels. What an embarrassment.
B) In my experiences, 80% of the time in the AM, UA is late. In the PM, 99% of the time.
C) The planes are old, smell and for the most part have cramped seating (the seats are too close). It's like a victim of sexual assault, after you get off a UA plane, you're compelled to shower and wash yourself raw.
D) The ticket counters are a mad dash to a machine that is constantly malfunctioning forcing one to stand in two lines to get a seat: the machine/check baggage line and the boarding gate ticket counter line.

UA is hopelessly broken, and they can't seem to fix themselves. So I urge all out there in Internet land, let's put these guys out of their misery, for our fellow-man's sake. Take the pledge and put an end to this poor excuse for a company - the big airline that couldn't, an American embarrassment.

2) The IOGEAR Miniview Extreme 4 port USB PS/2 KVMP switch.
What IOGEAR fails to tell you that all USB keyboard are not created equal. It's a strickly hit and miss mixed with luck to find a keyboard that will work through the switch. What rubs more dirt into the mess is that their technical support contractors, from a land and thick accents far, far, far away, don't have a clue about the product's shortcomings. HEY, IOGEAR, NEXT TIME INCLUDE A LIST OF THE KEYBOARDS AND COMPUTER/KEYBOARD COMBINATIONS YOU ACTUALLY TESTED YOUR SWITCH AGAINST IN YOUR PRODUCT'S ADVERTISEMENT AND SPECS AND REQUIREMENTS. AND THEN TELL YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONTRACTORS THAT YOU HAVE CRAP COMING OVER WALL THAT WILL INCREASE CALL TRAFFIC AND WHY. IT'S JUST THE RIGHT THING TO DO. Remember IOGEAR, here today, gone tomorrow. Thank you Internet and Al Gore for making this possible.

3) The so called masterpiece film, Babel.
I recently rented it. I didn't want to see it in the theatres because the Hollywood crowd and Ebert were down on their knees worshipping it and pleading their unworthiness. The movie is seemingly about four unrelated plot threads, loosely woven together by the cursed confusion of languages, that, in the end, all come meaningfully and cosmically together in some life changing inspiration, aha, moment.... DRIBBLE!!!! The movie's should have been titled "The trouble with guns." Or, "Why don't people want to sexually exploit me and my hairy monster?" What the heck does some Japanese teenager, who happens to be deaf, as if that mattered, who craves attention in the worst way have to do with the confusion of language? Anybody? Hey Babel writers, next time just stick to the obligatory boob shots. You'll come off less pretentious and more honest. But, then again, why do you care, the Hollywood idiots bought it; you got your accolades for the moment; both you and Al Gore. You and Al, be sure to keep your day jobs though... well, again,..., here today, absolutely forgotten tomorrow. That's called justice... You may want to do a movie about that. The reason why I claim the real, but hidden, agenda of the movie was guns is because at the center of the all the turmoil for all the plot threads was either the same rifle or the rifle plus other guns (the gun that the Japanese teenager's mother used to commit suicide even though there was a perfectly good railing to jump over, the gun fired off at the south of the border wedding by the drunken nephew, the guns pulled supposedly indiscriminately by the US border agent - PLEASE!!!!).

The Mission...

Every Friday I meet up with my buddies for lunch. Every time, one of them will pickup the free, local, weekly publication, the “Boise Weekly”

(for those of you that don’t live in Boise, see http://www.boiseweekly.com) and read the usual editorials. Every week, it’s the same thing – we recoil at the rants of Bill Cope, whom we refer to as Bill “the dope on a rope” Cope and Ted “one ball” Rall. Every week, the rants from these pseudo-intellectuals go un-rebutted. It’s time to hear “the rest of the story.” My friends now submit rebuttals to me for the “Boise Weakly” or “The Boise Leaky Bladder” of which I will post on this Blog. Unlike my pathetic utterances, my buddies are able and quite gifted at articulating compelling and evidence laden arguments. Just read for yourself.

A little about Bill and Ted, they’re fringe liberals and, like most liberals, they think they’re smarter than everybody. And therefore, again, like most liberals, they know best in regards to what ordinary people, the sheep of America and the world, should think and do. They want to make your life better in spite of yourself. To me and my friends, they’re lunatics in the grass or lunatics smoking grass. One thing is for sure, "Bill and Ted’s Wild Rants" always give us a good laugh and sometimes, burning, gassy, indigestion (or maybe that’s the food?) and the Boise Weekly always serves well for lining the bottom of my birdcage or for potty training the puppy.

Rebuttals coming soon... Stay riveted...

"Troglodyte Rag" Issue, 8/6-12/05 2006, rebuttals:

Get the straight poop from this week's issue... and I me that.

RE: Bill "the dope on a rope" Cope's latest:
Scenes From the Fair - Time to man the booth again

BlueOysterObjector -

“The dope” has run out of ideas so he decides to write about his state fair visit. He doesn’t have much positive to say about the affair. Apparently, he went because he felt it to be his duty. I, apparently like Cope, don’t find much interest in the fair. But unlike Cope, I just don’t go. And, like my mother always reminded me of, “if you don’t have something nice to say, than don’t say it.” Of course, I break this rule when it comes to “the dope on rope.”

Anyways, I seriously don’t have anything to say about this weeks’ piece because I could not even get through it without my mind wandering to other more important random, pointless, thoughts. Sorry about that. Maybe, the dope will be back next week – angry and more irrational than ever. One can only hope.

RE: Ted "one ball" Rall's latest:
TAKING OUR BRAIN OFF THE BALL - Democrats flunk wartime IQ test

Rall, “the one ball wonder,” offers more deafening white nose this week. He lays out the usual liberal borne banal, tainted, platitudes regarding the failures in Iraq and Afghanistan. He even rips on the democrats for their “took our eye off the ball in Afghanistan and OBL” speak. This is pretty funny because it shows how the elite dems must have all gotten together and decided that this is their response and strategy – how pathetic can you get. The dems really got nothing. Thanks Rall for further illuminating the shortcomings of the democratic leadership. God help us all if this group takes power.

Rall goes onto point out the real culprits of world terrorism: "political and religious figures in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Egypt." Oh, I can see clearly now: we should of gone to war against Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, not Iraq and Afghanistan! Or what? We don’t know because Rall doesn’t offer any strategy for winning the war on terrorism or how to win the hearts and minds of brutal violent hate mongers. He simply concludes with: “Republican or Democratic, such people deserve neither our respect nor our votes.”

Oh, I get it “one ball,” we all need to crawl under rock and give up. Now that’s a strategy!

"Boxcar Chic' ken Chit" Issue, 8/30-9/05 2006, rebuttals:

From this weeks' "Boise Bleakly." It's put out the trash week at the Bleakly (cuz it's start'en to stink).

Bill "the dope on a rope" Cope's latest:
How To Not Lose - Aid to dependent Republicans

Ted "one ball" Rall's latest:
Plot This - Americas shrug at phony binary explosives threat

BlueOysterObjector, RE: Cope

This week was tough; Cope leaves me with absolutely nothing to work with. The weeks editorial is pointless, especially not funny, adolescent and just some more agonizingly, baseless, same old, boring, Bush bashing. Cope, you are such a "dope on rope!" I have to keep it short this week or I'm liable to die of mental mediocrity - this is in despite of that I consider my self a dumb guy. Although, he does state one thing about himself that I agree with, "There is little, if any, evidence anyone listened to me." You got that right!

First "the dope" tries to impress his readers with his written repartee but he reaffirms that once again, he is the public education poster boy. He even was able to find a use for the word "neo-con." Bravo, burp, oops. Hey Cope, don't confuse conservatives with Republicans. McCain isn't a conservative, he's some guy running for president the old fashion way; by being on every side of every issue. Specter is just plain senile. Hagel, well, like you, Cope, he just always angry; and, like you, Cope, nobody likes the guy.

Then Cope takes us back to same old baseless Bush bashing: "[because of Bush] the entire Muslim world now considers America their enemy," blah, blah... snort, snort... zzzzZZZZ... snort... Oh sing me a song, Swanee, Cry me a river, Swanee. Here's a clue: the Muslim world has never been crazy for anybody who is not Muslim or, for that matter, even other Muslims. Here's an example, in Iraq those being killed the most, by far, are Muslims. Who is killing these Muslims? By far, other Muslims. What started the killing of Muslims by Muslims? Another Muslim group who want their own country to wreck. The more vicious and maniacal of these malcontents especially won't just go away when you ignore or start appeasing them. So we're not ignoring them in as much as we all would love to ignore them - and have them just go away.

So then Cope makes the suggestion to Republicans to make everything better by impeaching Bush. I don't know if he was trying to be funny or what here, it's just so lame I'm going to have skip over this.

Finally, Cope absolutely brings me to my knees by stating how "Truth and Justice are fundamental to the health of any nation... else the nation is at the precipice." Mediocrity at its finest. I can't go on.... The mere thought that Cope, "the dope on the rope," has a superior awareness and clarity of truth and justice... well there goes that liberal tenancy again. Never mind, I gotta' go blow chunks.

BlueOysterObjector, RE: Rall

This week Teddy, the one ball wonder, is accusing the government of overcompensating and of draconian methods when it comes to protecting airline passengers. His concern is for the airline industry (what do you know? Siding with big business. This is a switch) and the flying public's inconvenient (like he cares for his fellow man - blaq!). He even points out that the security measures have cut ticket sales (and ticket prices, BTW). I think Rall figures that one or two exploded planes a year are the right cost/benefit threshold. All I can do is pray that "one ball" is traveling on one of those planes. I do sort of agree with Rall in one regard and that is way too much resources are wasted on just allowing airline passengers have carry-on. SCREW CARRY-ON, CHECK YOUR #$@# BAGS. I don't get it. People, you're not saving time by dragging your kitchen sink onto the plane. It would be faster to check all your bags, scoot through security and pick-up your luggage at a carrousel. REALLY! DO THE MATH! There should be an express lane for the smart folks who check their bags.

Rall then goes on to stroke his own ego and pretends that he has a grasp of chemistry. He tells the Boise Bleakly audience the recipe and process for making a liquid explosive bomb that was supposedly in the plans for this latest terrorist plot. Boy, Rall you're such an idiot. You know, maybe the terrorist planning these attacks were too dumb to know their plan was undoable but you're even dumber for telling the world what the plan actually was - because sometimes dumb people get lucky. Do us all a favor and next time have your pimple-ly significant-other stroke your ego.

"The New Baby Smells" Issue, 8/23-9/06, rebuttals:

Bill "the dope on a rope" Cope's latest:
http://www.boiseweekly.com/gyrobase/Content?oid=oid%3A196539

Ted "one ball" Rall's latest:
http://www.boiseweekly.com/gyrobase/Content?oid=oid%3A196542

BlueOysterObjector, RE: Cope

Shame on you Boise Leaky Bladder, shame on you for perhaps actually paying somebody for this latest random mix of words. It’s neither entertaining, clever nor the least bit interesting. In this editorial, Cope is calling all conservative white men “dinkwads” for hating Hilary. Cope, I got to tell you this really shook me to my core, you really got something here – NOT! Stick and stones, stick and stones… And then he offers up a different theory for why conservative white men hate Hilary, a theory from one of Cope’s dope smoking friends. It’s all yet another conspiracy by the media to repeat something so often so that what is being said becomes fact to the media’s listening, unsuspecting, sheep. That’s the difference between you, doper #1, your friend, doper #2, and me, I don’t automatically believe what I read and hear without first discerning its validity – no matter how many times I read and hear it.

I’ll clue you into why I would never vote for Hilary and for your short attention span, I’ll keep it short. She stands for nothing. She’s unprincipled. She seeks power for power itself. How can I know this? Well one of many ways is that I simply look at who she married and stays married to – a real unprincipled marriage of convenience for the sake of pursuing power. And, just like Carter, she has no idea about damage she could inflict on this country if she were to gain power – a regular bull in a china shop but in this shop, western civilization is on the brink. She, along with most dems, only wants to investigate the past. She, like most dems, has no forward looking ideas. She, along with most dems, says that they are the guardians of our rights and freedoms. But they’re just saying what the sheep want to hear to get elected. In reality, they want to take away more of our freedoms and spend our hard earned income for us because we’re not smart enough. Of course, this excludes the so-called work you produce, Cope; it’s neither the result of hard work and I’m sure there’s not much there to be taxed. Cope, you would vote for Hilary because she might take some of that money from hard working Americans and pass it on to you. GET A REAL JOB YOU LAZY BUM.

BlueOysterObjector, RE: Rall

This week Rall has found his utopian culture and community – Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. He praises Hezbollah for their seemingly rapid pace of re-building southern Lebanon and he contrast this against the slow or lack of progress of the recovery from hurricane Katrina. I only have a few questions:

1) Hey, “one ball” how do you know what’s going on in southern Lebanon? You can’t have gone there else you’d be dead or kidnapped (with little hope of raising substantial ransom). You can‘t believe anything you see or hear from Reuters’.
2) Do you think the Lebanese maybe thinking in the back of their minds that Hezbollah started the whole mess and therefore Hezbollah better clean the whole mess up or else the Lebanese will look for other clerics handing out free stuff? I think Hezbollah feeling the groove, is hip to the beat... is scrambling to put a good face on a big ugly.
3) In regards to the rebuilding specifically New Orleans: why throw money at a dysfunctional welfare state that’s 20 feet below sea level where hurricanes like to show up? I don’t get it. At least move the welfare state inland about 30 miles and give parts of New Orleans back to the marshes and fishes. But do everybody a favor; leave Nagin with the marshes and fishes.

Get your Nagin booby prize gifts here.

And while we’re at it, let’s cut the federally funded insurance program that allows idiots to build on coastline and islands decimated every year by hurricanes. Only the government is dumb enough to do the risk analysis and take that bet. Ted, if the Feds stop covering these dumb bets that will bring down the price of beachfront property. Probably to the level that you can afford. Just don’t try to get it insured, that’ll get pricey.
4) And, finally Rall, if you’ve found your version of the “Great Society” in Hezbollah, I dare you to move to southern Lebanon and write your editorials. I hear they’re hiring Bush bashing editorialists. Just don’t turn your ire towards the local leadership because they’re liable to cut a hand or two off with a dull, rusty, knife.

BlueOysterObjector, Re: “one ball” Ralls' cartoon

The cartoon is all at the same time lame, incomprehensible and gets the main tenets of the main religions wrong. Man, "one ball," work with us here... Heaven can't be about doing "good deeds" because, after all, one mans’ good deed can be another’s death sentence – much like the modern day Jihadist. So it’s not about the accumulation of good deeds. Here’s how it basically works for the big three. For the Jews, it’s mainly about faith and the abiding of Jewish law. For Christians, and some variations on this theme, its’ about faith and nothing we can do personally but make one decision to turn the keys over to God’s given grace. For Moslims, it’s nothing, that is, whether you make it or not is not up to you, that is, fatalism according to the Koran (of course, this is complicated by the many very different available versions of the Koran), or it’s what your local Imam is spewing (which brings you right back to the “good deeds” problem). But the common thread amongst all of them that you can’t touch, which is why it pisses you off so much, is simply faith. What you fail to see is that you also are captive to a religious faith. You are part of the faithful kneeling at the altar of atheism which takes an equal, if not more, amount of blind faith to hang onto. You have to hang your hat on tenets like “everything just kind’a happened in a way no one will ever completely understand, i.e. a cosmic accident” and “and there's nothing for you on the other side – this crappy life is it, that’s all there is, and I blinked and now I’m fifty something.”

Wow man, that’s a pretty gutsy religiosity. Good luck with that! Don't forget your pills - you're going to need them.

BTW, my daughter does funnier and better drawn cartoons. One day I'll try to post a few. You may want to stick with your night job though.
